Development Initiatives since 2002 - 2004
I present this short article to appraise the community of Phokwane Local Municipality about new developments that will be taking place in the first quarter of 2005. These developments are expected to have an impact on economic, social and infrastructural needs of this community. It is also important to improving the lives of all residents.

Pampierstad
Possibility of a Recreational Park next to the Hartsrivier, to be funded by The Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism. Submission was made to the latter department for the much needed park for recreation. These developments are supposed to be for this financial year 2004 / 2005.
There will still be developments for the 2005 / 2006 period, where other municipal areas will be created for.

Water Borne Sewerage 79 sites – R735 000

Water and Water Borne Sewerage: R5,6 million.
Open Storm Water Channel: R600 000.00
Paving of access road Mpheni Street (600m) R1 000 000
